Terms and conditions

1. Services: Cinematic Visions agrees to provide photography and/or videography services as outlined in the agreement between Cinematic Visions and the client.

2. Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure Cinematic Visions’ services, with the remaining balance due  before the shoot (or 48 hours if a studio booking is required). Failure to make payment on time will result in the cancellation of the booking. Additionally:

• Bookings made within 24 hours of the shoot will incur a £30 surcharge.

• Out-of-hours bookings (before 9 AM or after 10 PM) will incur an additional £50 charge.

3. Booking Conditions:

• Clients must have a confirmed location, time, and date before booking with Cinematic Visions.

• A travel fee applies to all bookings (varies depending on location).

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; beyond this, a £25 late fee applies.

• If the client is more than 30 minutes late, Cinematic Visions reserves the right to cancel the booking or charge £50 for every additional 30 minutes of delay.

• The client must confirm on the day of the shoot (at least 4 hours before) that everything is proceeding as planned.

4. Location: The client is responsible for selecting a suitable location. If photography or videography restrictions exist at the venue and no viable alternative is available, the shoot will be canceled, and full payment will still be due.

5. Delivery:

• Final edited photographs will be delivered digitally via a link within 3-5 days after the event.

• Final videos will be delivered within 7-14 days, depending on the type of booking.

• Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee:

• Next-day delivery for photos: £35

• Next-day delivery for video: £100 (must be requested at least one day before the shoot).

• If the client requests additional modifications after receiving the final product, edit fees may apply.

6. Copyright:

• Cinematic Visions retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos taken during the event.

• The client is granted a personal, non-commercial use license.

• The client may not sell, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without Cinematic Visions’ explicit consent.

• Cinematic Visions reserves the right to use images and footage for promotional purposes. If the client does not wish for their images to be used, they must notify Cinematic Visions before booking (this will incur an additional fee).

7. Liability:

• Cinematic Visions is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cinematic Visions from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event.

• All images and footage from the event will be deleted 30 days after the booking unless otherwise arranged.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If the client wishes to reschedule within 48 hours of the original booking, a new payment will be required, as it will be treated as a separate booking.

• If the client changes the original booking details, additional fees may apply, or the booking may be canceled without a refund.

• By sending the deposit, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
